How long will it take for me to get the products?
The manual and CD will be shipped four days after receipt of order.  You may choose standard shipping (3-7 additional days for receipt) or overnight shipping (you will receive your order within 4-5 days of placing your order).  Remember, you will be able to download the pdf version immediately.  So you can print a copy and start working in a few minutes!

How do I get the downloadable version?

Do I need special programs to open the downloadable version?

Can I return the products if I change my mind?
